So You think you know S'mores?

This may come as a bit of a surprise BUT it's not what you think...

S'mores are American right? S'mores are the traditional American Camp Fire treat - created by some American Genius - possibly called Loretta Scott who's credited with the original recipe in the 1927 book called 'Tramping & Trailling with the Girl Scouts...

But here's the thing - that's simply not true!

"Cookie"

As National Geographic's research shows, S'mores were actually created by Miss Christian Moore otherwise fondly known as 'Cookie' who was actually a British - YES British Guide Leader from Bexhill On Sea whichwas invited over to North America in 1924
