What’s included

Each kit includes enough marshmallows, Belgian chocolate drops and sprinkles for 2 to 3 fantastic toasting sittings or one big party. The reusable Toast'd Marshmallow Toaster uses a non-toxic, odourless and smokeless gel burner, which can burn continuously for up to 3.5 hours and can be extinguished and reused for shorter sessions.

Choose the size that suits your gathering:

Small, suits 2–3 people: marshmallows, Belgian chocolate drops, sprinkles, 4 bamboo skewers, 1 reusable 3.5-hour Marshmallow Toaster, and a recipe and instruction card.
Medium, suits 3–4 people: marshmallows, Belgian chocolate drops, sprinkles, 6 bamboo skewers, 1 reusable 3.5-hour Marshmallow Toaster, and a recipe and instruction card.

Q- What are the delivery options?

A- Our delivery partner is Royal Mail and We currently use the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service as standard.

Standard Delivery: £3.95 (Tracked 48)

We try to ensure your order is processed, packed and shipped as quickly as possible. At present we are taking 4-5 Working days to process and pack orders due to the high level of order volumes. Orders received at the weekend & Bank Holidays, will be added to the packing plan on the next working day.

Express Delivery: £5.95 (Tracked 24 Next Day)

For Express Delivery Orders, We try to ensure your order is processed, packed and shipped as quickly as possible. At present we are taking 1-2 Working days to process and pack orders due to the high level of order volumes. Orders received at the weekend & Bank Holidays, will be added to the packing plan on the next working day.

UK & Ireland Delivery Only (at present)

Q- What is the Shelf Life on the Kits

A- We pack all Kits to order; Standard & Gifting kits have min 6 months BBE & Mini Kits have min 4 months BBE

We are currently shipping Standard & Gifting kits with BBE End of DEC 26 and Mini Kits with BBE End AUG 26.

Q- Can I reuse the Marshmallow Toaster?

A- In a word Yes. The Toaster is designed to burn continuously for circa 3.5 hours and can be extinguished and re-used multiple times.

Q- Why does the chocolate stay melted for so long?

A- Our chocolate has been specially selected for melting and retaining its fluidity for longer due to its Premium Quality. Poorer quality chocolate will tend to harden after 15-20 mins and that’s not much fun for dippin now is it...

Q- Why do you make a claim about your kits being 100% plastic free when you use plastic bags?

A- Actually the bags we use for our marshmallows, Belgian choc drops and Sprinkles are actually made from a derivative of wood pulp and not petroleum chemicals like plastics. That’s why they have a crinkly feel to them. And because they’re made from natural materials they are fully biodegradable and home compostable.

Q- How do I recycle the packaging responsibly?

A- All of the packaging within our kits are fully recyclable and should be placed in your recycling bin. However, it’s best to check with your local council collection, as some councils vary their recycling rules.

The Compostable bags can be used in your home compost bin if you have one.

Q- Why are your Marshmallows the best Toasting Marshmallows?

A- Well like life, this was always going to be subjective and based on our own extensive taste and performance tests. We took pleasure and some pain in testing a variety of marshmallows to see which ones, looked the best, tasted the best but more importantly toasted the best for our family audience. After all, there’s no point looking and tasting the best if it turns to a liquid when toasted - that wouldn’t be much fun, especially for our younger Toasters! Our Marshmallows stood out against all the rest in all 3 criteria. We hope you’ll agree!

Q- Do you plan to make any different kits?

A- Yes we do. We are about to launch our take on the classic S’mores kit but with a twist and have several more planned for later this year. So watch this space. Oh and if you have any suggestions then we’d be more than happy to listen to them. Just send them in!

Q- My order has not been received?

A- Please see our Delivery policy which highlights the expected delivery times associated with our shipping partner Royal Mail. If for any reason your delivery is not received within these timescales then please contact us as soon as possible at hello@toast-d.co.uk and we'll work quickly to fix any issue.

Q- My order has been received damaged and the bags are split open. What should I do?

A- If any of the ingredient bags are split on delivery, please contact us and we'll take it from there.

Ideal for school friends birthday presents!

I've stocked up on these for gifts for my sons school friends birthdays. Better than another toy, it doesn't cause clutter in their house for long, and its a gift that can be enjoyed with the family or taken to an occasion. I also keep one to hand ones he has a few friends round - they all really enjoy making the s'mores!

Big hit with all the family!

I ordered 3 different toasted kits for Christmas presents for the family. We took the s'mores box up to Dartmoor this weekend and enjoyed it with the kids on a fresh sunny winters day. Easy to use if you plan ahead (pots for the chocolate and sprinkles for example) we took a flask of hot water to melt the chocolate drops which worked brilliantly. The box itself is a fab design to keep bits organised and to minimise waste, the fire pot is simple to use and effective. I will definitely be purchasing again!

I bought both of my daughters a mini smores kits for Christmas and my sister and partner the large one and they absolutely love them! They are a fab idea for a gift or even just as a treat for you and your family! Will definitely be ordering again x

Looks lovely!

Arrived very promptly and tracking was excellent so I knew just when to expect the delivery. Very nicely boxed and presented. I’m saving it for a treat on one of those dark January nights when Christmas is over so I can’t comment fully but it looks great and as I love toasted marshmallows Im sure it will be delicious!

Christmas treat!

Great gift

Handy for when there is no campfire

Children and adults alike enjoyed this on our recent camping trip where there were no campfires allowed. The handy size makes it very portable.

I cannot recommend these enough. I bought 1 large normal set and 1 Vegan set . Had my family all together and my son and partner and 1 of my daughters are vegan so being able to all enjoy the same treat was just fab, thet were all like big kids even me. Will definitely be buying again.

Excellent products, enjoyed by us all

Excellent!

This was our first kit and we really enjoyed using it. We took this with us on a walk and used it to toast the marshmallows sat on a picnic blanket on top of a hill, which watching the sunset!
It worked really well and my 6 year old loved it. The 'fire' is a type of gel that burns, which made it really easy. It did mean we couldn't pre melt the chocolate (instructions said to do this in a microwave) but we just stuck them onto the melted marshmallow, which worked and was still yummy. Would recommend and will likely try smores next!

Poor customer service

I ordered my toast’s for a grandson’s birthday and when it didn’t arrive I emailed the firm. No response at all. I emailed again 3 days later. I did get a response which promised more info when Jonnie got to the office. It’s now 4 pm and I have heard nothing.

Grandchildren Camping Trip

I bought the medium size marshmallow kit for my grandchildren to take away on a family camping trip. They absolutely loved it. Safe, easy & delicious. No mess & no fires

Non existent customer service

Purchased for the first time as a gift for a daughter’s birthday (they go away camping an awful lot!).
While the gift all boxes is lovely probably manage to put together cheaper myself.
Didn’t get any of the free hot chocolate sets - which is what made the order worthwhile.
Emailed customer service twice and never had a response.
It’s a nice gift, not sure did pay for it for my own family.
Overall, pretty disappointed.
