Shipping policy

At Toast’d, we value your business and interest in our products and will endeavour to process and ship your order(s) promptly.  Our standard delivery terms are noted below but if you have a specific request or question then simply reach out to us at hello@toast-d.co.uk

DELIVERY INFORMATION 

Our delivery partner is Royal Mail and we currently use the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service as standard on all orders and offer the Optional Express Next Day Tracked24 for just £1 extra!

Standard Delivery: £3.95 (Tracked 48 Next Day - 2-3 days) - Single Standard Kit / Multiple Kits

Standard Delivery: £2.95 (Tracked 48 Next Day - 2-3 days) - Single Mini Kit 

We will try to ensure your order is processed, packed and shipped the same day or within 24hrs.

Express Delivery: £4.95 (Tracked 24 Next Day) -   Single Standard Kit / Multiple Kits

Please note that at Key seasonal Peaks, the processing lead-time may be extended to cover the volume of orders received.  We pack all our kits to order to ensure the maximum lead-time. This is especially important in October, November & December due to Christmas Gifting.

UK & Ireland Delivery Only (at present)

At present we only deliver to UK & Republic of Ireland addresses. As we grow, we may extend this service to cover more European destinations and beyond. Feel free to register your interest at hello@toast-d.co.uk

Additional Information

For clarity, Royal Mail Tracked 24 Deliver 7 days per week excluding Public Holidays. Note: This is for mainland UK only. Islands and Northern Ireland may take a little longer but we're sure you already know this! 

As you would expect, Toast’d will not be liable for any delays in shipping your order, that may be down to matters arising outside our control such as delays due to our delivery partners. Examples being industrial action or force majeure. Our quoted delivery dates are based on typical estimates by our service provider and are therefore not guaranteed.

Like most on-line businesses, the delivery fee that we charge covers one address only.  

It goes without saying that like with any other on-line business, it is your responsibility to receive your delivery from our shipping partners in a sensible way. So, if for any reason after several failed delivery attempts, your order is returned to us, then you will be solely liable for any additional charges for re-delivery. If for any reason you then decide to cancel your order, any refund eligible will be net of the delivery fee plus any additional fees that we incur due to the order being re-shipped back to Toast’d.  Obviously, we expect all our customers to be grown up enough to understand these principles but if you have any queries relating to this then please get in touch at hello@toast-d.co.uk
