REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS 

REFUNDS

As you would expect, we do not offer a returns policy on our kits due to the nature of the food contents within them.  This is standard industry practice and is based on; 

  • The perishable nature of our products and the packaging integrity
  • The interest of hygiene and food safety

We pride ourselves on the quality of our kits including the packaging used to both pack the components as well as the quality of board grade and case format used to protect and deliver our kit’s to you.  We have rigorously tested our unique case format for both durability and strength to ensure that they perfom exceptionally well through all our delivery partners systems. However, mistakes happen and in the unlikely event that your kit is delivered damaged, then please get in touch with us straight away by emailing hello@toast-d.co.uk so that we can help to resolve the situation quickly. 

CANCELLATIONS

Sometimes, customers change their minds about an order. It happens we’re all human. If you change your mind about an order then let us know as quickly as possible as we may be able to cancel your order and apply a refund. Please note though that since we endeavour to process and ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt, once you have received a dispatch e-mail confirmation, we will not be able to cancel and refund your order.

If for any reason whatsoever you wish to make a complaint or want to get something off your chest,  then feel free to contact us by emailing hello@toast-d.co.uk. After all, it’s good to talk.  

ALLERGENS

Some of our products may contain allergens such as Milk & Soya. Please see the individual product pages for full ingredients and allergen information. PROMOTIONS & OFFERS

Like any on-line and retail businesses, we may promote our products from time to time, through the usual practice of discount codes, product specific sales or other price related activities. Toast’d reserves the right to start and withdraw any such discounts and activities at any time and without prior notice.
