Smooth Hot Chocolate Kit

Bought a set for my 10 year old grandson and we ALL LOVE IT! Well worth the cost and I will DEFINITELY be buying again! I didn't see the party pack until after and wish I had bought that one - next time I will!

I've been away so ive just collected my order and I ordered hot chocolate kit and a marshmallow one but I didn't get the hot chocolate parcel. I contacted customer service over a email and had no answer

Bought the s’mores kit and marshmallow kit to take camping with my son, I’m not into camp fires as I was camping on my own with him, so these were absolutely perfect for toasting marshmallows and making smores so easy to use and so much fun and safe. And could easily put them out when it started raining and reuse numerous times. I’ve recommended to all my friends.

Enjoyed a little smores evening with my husband. I'm so glad I found Toast'd as smores are not a UK thing, and I wanted to get something to bring the USA into our home as my husband grew up in Chicago. It was so much fun and tasted great!

My kids absolutely love s'mores so I bought this set as a treat for a camping trip. They were so excited when they saw it. It was easy to use, the instructions were really clear and the ingredients are all great quality. I would definitely buy again. The toaster will last us for ages too so we've even done some s'mores at home since getting back!

Used the kit at the beach, the kids (and adults) loved it. It’s not just convenient but super tasty too!

Sent box to my grandchildren to celebrate end of term. They absolutely loved it and plenty to share with friends.

Paid for express delivery. Only got half my order delivered as express. The rest was dispatched late. Complained to customer services, they couldn't care less, were rude and not interested in customer feedback. Huge mark up for products provided. Not value for money and a company that has such poor customer service that I'll not be a returning customer.

Bought this as a gift for my sister during a really stressful university exam period. I specifically selected the gift option and took the time to write a thoughtful message to support and encourage her. The package arrived with absolutely no message included and no indication that it was even meant to be a gift.

Completely ruined the entire point of the order. If you advertise a gift message service, customers expect it to actually be carried out. This was especially disappointing as it was my first time ordering from here, and it honestly left a terrible impression.

Absolutely loved it. A fabulous way to spend the evening.

Bought this for my granddaughters birthday she was absolutely delighted with it good quality would by again

The kit was super easy to use and they tasted great only thing I would improve is the s’mores biscuit arrived quite broken but that was fine for us

Looks good and will make a perfect Easter gift for my granddaughter who loves hot chocolate.

Sadly the items arrived too late to be given on Christmas Day, however, they have subsequently been very well received. The lack of customer service before Christmas was alarming and needs to be addressed going forward. That would put a lot of potential return customers off!. - communication is key!

I’ve ordered before and the products are always beautifully packaged and there is often some sort of deal on. We really have fun making s’mores together as a family. Using our kit tonight for New Year’s. Bit of an issue with dispatch times recently but I’m sure this will be worked on. We will definitely order again in the future.

Bought these for my daughter and 2 nieces and they are just so much fun and delicious! We've really enjoyed using them and thrilled that we can use them again! Beautifully presented, great communication and will definitely buy again x

Great gift for friends, the only thing to note is that delivery is slow & make sure you order well in advance.

Delivery was significantly later than promised, with no response to emails or messages and generally no communication at all. Order finally arrived in a damaged box with one out of 2 items missing. Would honestly never use Toastd again after this.

Arrived in time for Xmas. The hot chocolate was great. Haven't opened the Christmas box yet but the children are excited to try cooking marshmallows.
